1. Ship Existing Transmission - Customer Ships Existing Transmission To Us.
Drain all Oil and Double Bag the transmission.
(If oil leaks it will be tossed in hazmat disposal at shipper).
2. Transmission is taken apart and cleaned.
(Additional cost for any worn parts and or gears that need replaced).
(You will be contacted before parts are ordered).
3. Case is Cleaned and Inspected for wear.
4. Bearings and Oil Seals are Replaced with All-Balls Racing Bearing Kits.
5. Assembled, Tested and Drained and Returned Dry.
(Full Synthetic Motor Oil is Recommended).
(Oil Should Be Changed Once a Year or Every Time the Motor Oil is Changed).

Turn around time for rebuilding and returning your existing transmission is 1-3 weeks,
but may be longer depending on parts availability.
USA customers (lower 48) Easiest shipping is best via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

If you are mechanically inclined, you can do the work yourself. It is nothing fancy and merely just nuts, bolts and time.
Typically it takes us 2-3 hours to tear it down and 3-4 hours to reassemble it. Contact us if you need help.
